Come meet Lana and experience the transformative power of Kundalini, Yin, and Flow yoga—all in one session! Classes will focus on compassion, mindfulness, and self-reflection, creating a comfortable space for you to explore movement, rest, and breath practice. This inclusive practice is suitable for everyone, regardless of experience level, and is adaptable to each person's unique needs. To ensure a seamless experience, please arrive 10 minutes before class and dress in layers. Feel free to bring a water bottle and mat if you wish, although mats and blankets are provided for your convenience. If you cannot attend, kindly notify us at least 2 hours prior to class for a full refund. No refunds will be given after this timeframe.
