In this 2-hour workshop, I will be sharing simple and effective ways to protect your energy through a wide variety of situations and circumstances.

Participants will learn about the various sources of energy and how they can impact our physical and emotional well-being.

I will then help you to identify your own energy levels and understand how different situations and people can affect your energy.

Participants will learn to recognize signs of energy depletion and how to restore their energy levels with tools such as grounding, shielding, awareness and breathing.

By the end of the workshop, participants will have a clear understanding of how to protect their energy and will have practical tools to use in their daily lives.
