First Degree Reiki is a one day, in person certification that is designed for those who seek to help themselves and others on a physical & emotional level.

In reiki 1, we will learn:

- the nature, history and philosophy of reiki

- how to initiate and work with universal energy

- the chakra system, aura and energy flow

- how to self heal

- how to find relaxation, confidence and balance within

- how to accelerate physical and emotional healing within yourself and loved ones (including animals and so much more!)

- the techniques of a reiki treatment with hands on practice

- manifesting and supporting your life’s purpose and spiritual journey

There are no prerequisites for this certification. First degree reiki easy to learn and it is designed for people of all ages.

Certification will be offered in the beautiful space at Rooted Transformations.
